History of the laboratory
The Roman gemological laboratory started in 1978 thanks to Leonardo Roman (IGI Gemologist). It was one of the first in Italy. Managed by Maurizio Roman (GIA Graduate Gemologist) and Michele Roman (IGI Graduate Gemologist) it is a modern laboratory equipped with the latest generation tools for the diagnosis and classification of precious stones.
Services offered
The services offered are gemological analyses and the classification of diamonds, colored gems and pearls.
The activity is carried out in a professional manner with continuous updates regarding the identification of new synthetics and new gem-improving treatments and is aimed at operators in the goldsmith sector and private individuals.
